A native of the great state of Texas, Karen is the owner of Reborn Studios, a small art business that presents stunning calligraphy, watercolor, and hand lettering (see her Etsy shop here!). She is passionate about conveying God’s truths through art, and enjoys opportunities to coach younger artists in their craft.
Also a photographer, Karen has been a photographer at ALERT Family Camp for three years. She loves being a nanny and spending time with little people—especially her ever-growing number of nieces and nephews. Karen attended the original EXCEL program and is thrilled to be a part of God’s plans in starting it back up again.
At Excel, Karen will be teaching calligraphy, watercolor, and hand lettering.
