Instrumental Workshop Pricing

For students:

Early-bird registration rate: $575 (if you register by June 15th)

Full course cost: $525 (if you register after June 15th)

Food and dormitory accommodations for students are included at no additional cost. If you need to arrange alternate accommodations (see below), please note that the course cost will remain the same.

For siblings:

Receive $75 off on every additional sibling that registers for the same class! For example: Student #1 at the early bird rate- $525. Students #2, #3, etc. at the early bird rate- $450 each. For details and to receive a coupon code, email us at [email protected] or call us at (903) 636-2000.

For course auditors:

We welcome musicians or music appreciators of all levels (over the age of 35), and parents of students for this role!

Auditing class (no food or lodging included): $150

Auditing class (with full food and lodging package): $450

For auditors or visitors, separate meals or separate rooms can be purchased as needed, according to standard meal pricing (see below).

Separate Food & Lodging


All meals, including a continental breakfast, and full lunch and dinner are served in the campus dining hall. Our dining hall features a full cafeteria line, so there are always plenty of options – including options for those who are gluten-free (please confirm your gluten-free needs with the Events Department, info below). 

Adult Lunches/Dinners: $8 (ages 12+)

Child Lunches/Dinners $6 (ages 4–11)

Continental breakfasts (weekdays): $6/adult, $4/child

Hot breakfasts (usually on Wednesday): $8/adult, $6/child

Gluten-Free meals: $10/adult, $8/child


For on-campus lodging, we have multiple comfortable options for you!

 Private Rooms are $85/night.

 Semi-Private Rooms are $75/night.

 Cabins are $30/night.
