Your Safety is Our Concern.
The health and safety of our families and staff is of sincere concern. Please make yourself familiar with the steps we are taking to help ensure the safety of all who attend the conference.
Please use this opportunity to thank the Lord for the health he has granted all of us, and to ask for His protection from COVID-19 spreading any further within our campus and ministry.
While wearing masks is not ideal, our civil authorities have been gracious to allow us to continue with this conference. Our masks and social distancing are providing us an opportunity to gather and enjoy challenging messaging and rich fellowship with each other.
Thank you for helping us abide by the following requirements of our civil authorities.
What We Ask of Our Attending Families
- If you or a family member are experiencing symptoms of COVID-19, please quarantine yourself or the infected individual and safely notify a staff member immediately.
- While in the Dining Hall, please help us by limiting interaction with those outside of your family unit while unmasked. We hope that you will be able to take your conversations outside and enjoy fellowship while social distancing.
- It will be the responsibility of the parent or sibling to make sure their child/younger sibling is maintaining the required 6 feet of social distancing.
